The agreement between you and Clawn when you use our managed AI-agent platform. Plain language, no surprises.
By creating an account or using Clawn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Clawn on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Clawn is a managed hosting platform for AI agents. We provision a private runtime, keep it online 24/7, handle updates and monitoring, and connect it to the messaging apps and tools you choose. You select an engine (such as OpenClaw, PicoClaw, or Hermes) and bring your own AI model keys.
Clawn provides the infrastructure and orchestration. The behavior of your agent depends on the engine, the model, and the instructions you give it.
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and connected-app tokens secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Clawn. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use Clawn to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
Plans are billed monthly in IDR and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. AI model usage is billed separately from prepaid credits at the rate shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Duitku, and some methods may add provider fees. Credits are non-transferable and can't be withdrawn outside Clawn.
When you connect a model provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) or an app (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Notion, Gmail), your use of those services is also governed by their terms. Clawn isn't responsible for third-party availability, changes, or pricing, and you authorize Clawn to act with those services only as needed to run your agent.
Your data, prompts, and the outputs your agent produces are yours. You grant Clawn only the limited license needed to operate, secure, and support your workspace. Clawn's own software, branding, and platform remain our property. We never train AI models on your data.
Clawn is provided "as is." AI agents can make mistakes, and you're responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawn isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk. On termination, your workspace and data are scheduled for deletion after a short grace period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Indonesia.
