We want pricing to feel honest. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, with no lock-in. This policy explains when refunds apply to plans, prepaid credits, and model usage.
You can cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Your agent stays active until the end of the current paid month, after which it won't renew. Because plans are billed for a period you've already used, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the period has started — but see "When we refund" below for exceptions.
Credits you top up are stored in your Clawn balance to fund plans, renewals, and model usage. Credits are non-transferable and can't be withdrawn or redeemed for cash outside Clawn. Unused credits remain available in your balance while your account is active.
AI model usage is consumed in real time as your agent works, so it can't be refunded once spent. You stay in control: set budgets, monitor usage in your dashboard, and pause your agent whenever you like.
We'll make it right when the fault is ours. You may be eligible for a refund or credit if:
Refunds don't apply to model usage already consumed, or to charges arising from misuse of the service.
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, from the email on your account, including the transaction date and a short description. We may ask for a few details to verify the request.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via Duitku. Processing usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider. Provider fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
