Your agent, your data. Here's exactly what we collect, what we don't, and why we never train on your information.
You're the boss here. Your agent runs in its own private space, and your data belongs to you — we never sell it, never share it, and never train AI models on it.
This policy explains what information Clawn (operated by CV KEV Nusantara Teknologi) collects when you use our managed AI-agent platform, and the choices you have.
We use your information only to run the service: to provision and operate your agent, process payments, provide support, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations. We don't use it for advertising.
Each agent runs in its own private runtime. Your data is never mixed with other customers', and your connected-app access is scoped to what you authorize. You can disconnect any app at any time.
Your prompts, conversations, files, and outputs are never used to train Clawn's systems or any AI model. When your agent calls a model provider, that request is governed by the provider's terms — we recommend choosing providers that also offer no-training guarantees, and Clawn passes through any such settings you configure.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate Clawn — for example, Duitku for payments and the AI model and app providers you connect. They process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service, under their own privacy terms.
Connections are encrypted in transit, secrets and tokens are stored encrypted, and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your workspace and notify you of any incident that affects you.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your workspace or close your account, we remove your data after a short grace period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw app connections, at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and the product working. We may update this policy; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date.
